Abstract:
To provide an organic compound analyzer capable of accurately identifying change feature points in which are reflected microscopic structural changes of an organic compound. The present invention is provided with: a measured data storage unit 2 for storing measured data pairing spectrums, measured with a plurality of differing external stimulation conditions regarding a sample comprising the organic compound, with the external stimulation conditions used to measure each of the spectrums; an evaluation reference vector setting unit 3 for setting loading indicating the weighting with respect to each wave number at which the spectrums were measured; a score calculation unit 4 for calculating a score, on the basis of the loading and the measured data, corresponding to the loading for each external stimulation condition used to measure the spectrums; and a change feature point identification unit 5 for calculating the denaturation temperature of the organic compound on the basis of changes in the score with respect to the external stimulation conditions.
