The present invention relates to a novel compound and an organic electroluminescent device comprising same, the compound, according to the present invention, being used for an organic layer of the organic electroluminescent device, preferably, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer or an auxiliary electron transport layer, thereby enabling the enhancement of the light-emitting efficiency, driving voltage, lifespan, etc. of the organic electroluminescent device.
