Abstract:
In an organic EL display device (1), a taper angle (θ1) of a separation layer (25) that surrounds the edge of an organic EL layer (26) placed on each pixel (PIX) and is placed between adjacent pixels (PIX) is different from a taper angle (θ2) of a frame-shaped bank (35) that surrounds the edge of an organic layer (29). As a result, the required quality is satisfied for the layers respectively surrounded by the separation layer and the frame-shaped bank.
