Abstract:
An organic EL display device (30a) which is provided with: a resin substrate (10); an organic EL element (18) that is provided on the resin substrate (10); a base layer (25a) that is provided so as to cover the organic EL element (18); and a hard coat layer (26) that is provided on the base layer (25a). With respect to the hard coat layer (26), the difference between the Martens hardness thereof in cases where the hard coat layer (26) is formed on a glass substrate and the Martens hardness thereof in cases where the hard coat layer (26) is formed on a glass substrate with a resin film being interposed therebetween is less than 34 N/mm2.
