Abstract:
In sub-pixels (3), individual hole transport layers (26) are individually arranged between a common hole transport layer (31) and light-emitting layers (27). The value of the LUMO energy level of each of the individual hole transport layers (26) is less than that of the LUMO energy level of the common hole transport layer (31), and greater than that of the LUMO energy level of the light-emitting layers (27) in the respective sub-pixels (3). Thus, holes can be efficiently injected into the light-emitting layer.
