Abstract:
The present invention increases light extraction efficiency and simplifies a production process. The present invention is provided with: a first electrode that reflects incident light; a second electrode that transmits incident light; an organic light-emitting layer that radiates light at corresponding colors among R, G, and B; a first functional layer disposed between the first electrode and the organic light-emitting layer; and a second functional layer disposed between the second electrode and the organic light-emitting layer. At each of the colors R, G, and B, the film thickness of a charge injection layer in the first functional layer is different for each, the film thicknesses of the other layers aside from a charge injection/transport layer are the same, the film thickness of the second functional layer is the same, and the film thickness of the organic light-emitting layer is the same for both R and G and differs only for B.
