Abstract:
Provided are an organic electroluminescence element, which is provided with one or multiple organic thin film layers between a cathode and an anode, and wherein said organic thin film layer(s) comprises at least one light-emitting layer, and at least one of the light-emitting layers contains a compound having a structure that is asymmetric with respect to a central benzene ring structure in the center and at least one type of phosphorescent material, as well as an organic electroluminescence element of long life and high light emission efficiency due to the compound, and a compound that realizes the same.
