Abstract:
This organic electroluminescence element is provided with a positive electrode, negative electrode, a first organic layer included between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, a second organic layer included between the first organic layer and the negative electrode, and a bipolar layer which is included between the first organic layer and the second organic layer and which has bipolar properties. The first organic layer and/or the second organic layer contains a first compound and a second compound. The first compound emits delayed fluorescence, and the energy gap T77K(M2) of the second compound at 77[K] is greater than the energy gap T77K(M1) at 77[K] of the first compound.
