Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent device, an organic electroluminescent apparatus and a photoelectric device, and belongs to the technical field of organic electroluminescent apparatuses. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, which faces the first electrode, a light-emitting layer, which is located between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a hole transport region, which is located between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer, wherein the hole transport region comprises a hole injection layer, a first hole transport layer and a second hole transport layer. Provided in the present invention is an organic electroluminescent device, which is manufactured by a specific combination of a specific arylamine derivative contained in a hole transport region and a dual-host red-light material contained in a light-emitting layer. The manufactured organic electroluminescent device has a high turning-on voltage and also has a relatively low driving voltage, and retains the device advantages of high efficiency and long service life of a dual-host red-light device. By means of increasing the turning-on voltage of a red-light device, the phenomenon of the color displayed being reddish caused by crosstalk is alleviated.
