Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of semiconductors, and in particular, to an organic electroluminescent device and an application thereof, comprising a cathode reflection electrode layer and an ITO anode layer. At least one organic thin film layer is provided between the cathode reflection electrode layer and the ITO anode layer; the organic thin film layer comprises a compound taking triaminobenzene as a core; the structure of the compound taking triaminobenzene as a core is shown as general formula (1). The compound of the present invention takes benzene as a core, has high glass state temperature and molecular thermal stability, and has an appropriate HOMO and LUMO energy level and high Eg; by means of the structure optimization of the device, the photoelectric performance of the OLED device can be improved, and the service life of the OLED device can be prolonged.
