Abstract:
An organic electroluminescent device, comprising: a substrate (110); a plurality of first electrodes, which are disposed on the substrate (110), each of the first electrodes being used to form a light-emitting unit; an insulating layer (140), which is disposed on the substrate (110) and which is used to define a pixel region of the light-emitting unit; a plurality of second electrodes (150), which are disposed on the substrate (110), each of the second electrodes (150) being used to form a light-emitting unit, wherein the second electrodes (150) are spaced apart from one another to form isolation grooves. In the described organic electroluminescent device, the second electrodes (150) are spaced apart to form isolation grooves; therefore, compared with conventional techniques, isolation columns are eliminated, thus improving the flexibility of the light-emitting device; a screen body prepared by using such light-emitting device thus has better flexibility, and may better satisfy the requirements for a flexible and bendable display. Also provided is a method for preparing the described organic electroluminescent device.
