Abstract:
This organic electroluminescent element, which uses the compound represented by the belowmentioned general formula, emits dark blue light and has a high voltage suppression effect during high-brightness driving (R1-R6 represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent group; E1 and E2 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent group; solely at least one combination of E1 and R2, E1 and R3, E2 and R6, and E2 and R5 is linked together to form a structure represented by the belowmentioned linking group; one of X1 and X2 represents a single bond and the other represents a linking group that is any of CR111R112, NR113, O, S, or SiR114R115; X3 represents a linking group that is any of CR111R112, NR113, O, S, or SiR114R115; R111-R115 represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent group; A1-A8 represent CR116 or N; and R116 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent group).
