Abstract:
The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent element, a luminescent thin film, a display device, and a luminescent device which have high luminous efficiency and can also prolong luminescence lifespan. The organic electroluminescent element includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a light emitting layer provided between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein a phosphorescent metal complex and an aggregation-induced emission molecule are contained in the light emitting layer. The luminescent thin film contains a phosphorescent metal complex and an aggregation-induced emission molecule. The display device and the luminescent device each include an organic electroluminescent element in which a phosphorescent metal complex and an aggregation-induced emission molecule are contained in a light emitting layer.
