Abstract:
Provided is an organic electroluminescent element that exhibits high luminous efficiency.
This organic electroluminescent element has a first electrode, at least one organic layer containing a light emitting layer that contains at least one light emitting material, and a second electrode in this order on a substrate. In the organic electroluminescent element, The surface roughness (Ra) of the first electrode is 1.4 nm or less, and the at least one light emitting material contained in the light emitting layer is oriented with an order parameter of 0.3 or greater.
