Abstract:
Provided is an organic EL laminate that is flexible, can suppress the degradation of an organic EL element, and can also suppress the degradation of a functional film used in combination. This organic EL laminate comprises: a first gas barrier film and a second gas barrier film each including a resin substrate and a gas barrier layer layered on one principal surface of the resin substrate; a polarizer layer, a phase difference layer, and at least one touch panel layer which are arranged between the first gas barrier film and the second gas barrier film; and an organic EL element layered on the gas barrier layer of the second gas barrier film. The first gas barrier film and the second gas barrier film are arranged such that the respective gas barrier layers oppose one another. The resin substrate of the first gas barrier film is a transparent resin substrate, and the gas barrier layer includes an inorganic layer. The gas barrier layer of the first gas barrier film and/or the second gas barrier film includes at least one set of a combination of an inorganic layer and an organic layer constituting a surface on which the inorganic layer is formed.
