Abstract:
This organic electroluminescent light emitting apparatus is provided with: a first substrate; a second substrate that is disposed to face the first substrate; an organic electroluminescent element that is laminated on the first substrate, said organic electroluminescent element being laminated between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a sealing frame that surrounds the organic electroluminescent element. Furthermore, the organic electroluminescent element is provided with a filling layer that is disposed in a space surrounded by means of the first substrate, the sealing frame, and the second substrate. The filling layer contains a moisture-absorbing material. The filling layer is provided with a high-concentration section, and a plurality of low-concentration sections having a lower concentration of the moisture-absorbing material than the high-concentration section. In a planar view, the low-concentration sections are dispersed in the high-concentration section.
