Abstract:
This organic electroluminescent light emitting body is provided with: a transparent element substrate; an organic electroluminescent element that is provided on one main surface of the transparent element substrate; a sealing layer that is provided on the one main surface of the transparent element substrate so as to cover the organic electroluminescent element; a heat dissipation layer that is provided above the sealing layer; a glass cloth layer that is provided to the other main surface side of the transparent element substrate; and a transparent intermediate layer that is provided between the transparent element substrate and the glass cloth layer.
