Abstract:
The present application relates to an organic electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof, the organic electrode device comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode provided opposite to the first electrode; a photoactive layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electron transport layer provided between the photoactive layer and the first electrode, wherein the electron transport layer comprises zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles in which at least one amine group is bonded to the surface.
