Abstract:
An organic electron transport device with high glass transition temperature (Tg), comprising: an anode, a cathode, and an organic layer. The anode and cathode are constructed using a metal, an inorganic material, or an organic compound. The organic layer is a compound represented by formula (I), wherein a 9,9'-spirobifluorene is linked to the 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-position. Ar1 and Ar2 are respectively a C6-C25 aryl group, wherein the C6-C25 aryl group is either unsubstituted or substituted with a C1-C6 group. A material experiment showed that the compound represented by formula (I) has a high Tg, thereby demonstrating that the compound represented by formula (I) is an organic material with high morphological stability. A device experiment showed that a pure electron organic semiconductor diode and organo-electroluminescent device, manufactured using an organic electronic transport material, have excellent performance, are stable, and have long service lives.
