Abstract:
An organic electrophosphorescence device comprises: a hole transport layer (03), a light-emitting layer (04), and an electron transport layer (07) that are sequentially stacked. The light-emitting layer is a double-layered structure consisting of a hole transport material layer (05) and an electron transport material layer (06). The hole transport material layer (05) is disposed between the hole transport layer (3) and the electron transport material layer (06). The electron transport material layer (06) is disposed between the hole transport material layer (05) and the electron transport layer (07). An exciplex is formed on an interface where the hole transport material layer (05) is in contact with the electron transport material layer (06). The hole transport material layer (05) comprises a host material. The host material of the hole transport material layer (05) is a material having a hole transport capability. The electron transport material layer (06) comprises a host material and a phosphorescent dye doped in the host material. The host material of the electron transport material layer (06) is a material having an electron transport capability. Using the exciplex can reduce a phosphorescent doping concentration while enabling the organic electrophosphorescence device to have a long service life and high efficiency.
