Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an organic film transistor which is produced using a compound having high mobility and high solubility in organic solvents. The present invention is an organic film transistor, in which a compound represented by general formula (1-1), (1-2), (101-1) or (101-2) is contained in a semiconductor active layer (wherein Cy and Cy101 independently represent a benzene ring, a naphthalene ring or an anthracene ring; R11 to R18 and R111 to R118 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent; Ar1 to Ar4 and Ar101 to Ar104 independently represent a heteroarylene group or an arylene group; V1, V2, V101 and V102 independently represent a bivalent linking group; m, p, m101 and p101 independently represent an integer of 0 to 6, wherein when each of m, p, m101 and p101 represents 2 or greater, at least two V1's, V2's, V101's or V102's may be the same as or different from each other; and n represents 2 or greater).
