The present invention relates to: an organic high-density material having excellent moisture resistance and durability, and produced by immersing pellets in oil or heat treating the surface of the pellets, the pellets being obtained by mixing wood flour or organic waste material with one or more selected from the group consisting of tree bark, alkyl ketene dimer (AKD), rosin, lignosulfonate, starch, a calcium preparation, silicon dioxide, and sodium silicate, and then extrusion molding; and a method for producing the organic high-density material.
