Title:
ORGANIC INORGANIC COMPOSITE POWDER, PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE POWDER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/057997
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An organic inorganic composite powder that has a specified particulate form corresponding to washing solvent and that contains fine inorganic particles, having high dispersibility in water. The organic inorganic composite powder is obtained through a process comprising dissolving a metal salt in a reaction solvent; carrying out neutralization or reduction in the presence of a monomer or polymer dissolved in the reaction solvent so as to attain precipitation from the reaction solvent, provided that when the monomer does not combine with the metal salt at the precipitation in the presence of a monomer, the monomer is polymerized after the precipitation of the metal salt; washing the obtained precipitate with a specified washing solvent; and drying the washed precipitate.
