Abstract:
The present specification relates to an organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor, the device comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode provided to face the first electrode; and one or more organic material layers comprising a hole injection layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the hole injection layer comprises a first host, a second host and a dopant, and the difference in HOMO energy level values of the first host and the second host is 0.2 eV or greater.
