Abstract:
This organic light-emitting device comprises: a light-emitting layer that includes a first organic compound (1) and a second organic compound (2) that is a delayed fluorescence material; and a barrier layer that is adjacent to the light-emitting layer and includes a triplet adjustment compound (Q). This organic light-emitting device satisfies the following expressions and has a long, stable life of light emission. ES1 represents a lowest excited singlet energy, and ET1 represents a lowest exited triplet energy. ES1 (1) > ES1 (Q) > ES1 (2), and ET1 (1) > ET1 (2) > ET1 (Q)
