Abstract:
Disclosed by embodiments of the present application are an organic light-emitting diode, a display panel and a display apparatus; the organic light-emitting diode comprises: a first electrode, a second electrode, a light-emitting layer and at least one barrier layer; the first electrode and the second electrode are arranged opposite to each other; the light-emitting layer is located between the first electrode and the second electrode; a barrier layer is disposed between the light-emitting layer and the second electrode, and at least one place between the light-emitting layer and the first electrode; the same barrier layer comprises at least two types of barrier materials, the electron mobility of at least one type of barrier material is lower than a first preset value, the electron mobility of the other type of barrier material is higher than a second preset value, and the first preset value is lower than the second preset value.
