The present specification pertains to an organic light-emitting diode comprising: an anode; a cathode arranged to face the anode; a light-emitting layer arranged between the anode and the cathode; and one or more hole control layers arranged between the anode and the light-emitting layer, wherein at least one layer of the hole control layers includes at least one of the compounds of chemical formulas 1 and 2 and the light-emitting layer includes the compound of chemical formula 3.
