Abstract:
An organic light-emitting display device and a method for packaging an organic light-emitting diode. The organic light-emitting display device comprises a lower base plate (101), a thin film transistor functional layer (102), an organic light-emitting diode (103), a thin film packaging layer and an upper base plate (104), wherein the thin film transistor functional layer (102), the organic light-emitting diode (103), the thin film packaging layer and the upper base plate (104) are arranged on the lower base plate (101). The thin film packaging layer comprises at least one complete cover layer (201), and the complete cover layer (201) completely covers the lower base plate (101) provided with the thin film transistor functional layer (102) and the organic light-emitting diode (103). The thin film packaging layer has the advantages of good water blocking effect and a simple structure, and being suitable for a flexible organic light-emitting display device.
