Abstract:
An organic light emitting display device manufacturing method, comprising: S1, manufacturing on a drive substrate (100) a first electrode (110) and a pixel definition layer (120), disposed at an interval, such that the first electrode (110) has formed thereon multiple sub-pixel regions disposed at intervals; S2, manufacturing on the sub-pixel regions an organic light emitting device, forming a second electrode (160b); S3, manufacturing on the second electrode (160b) formed by the organic light emitting device a third electrode (170). Provided is a manufacturing method for an ultra-high resolution organic light emitting device not requiring use of a fine metal mask (FMM) patterning process, and made using a special yellow light process and device structure, the method being capable of manufacturing a high resolution active matrix organic light emitting diode display (AMOLED) and a passive matrix organic light emitting diode display (PMOLED), and having good display performance.
