The present application discloses an organic light-emitting display panel and a driving method. Pixel driving circuits for sub-pixels that are located in the same row and have the same color are connected to the same light emission control signal line, and the pixel driving circuits for the sub-pixels that are located in the same row and have the same color are connected to the same reset control signal line. Pixel driving circuits for sub-pixels of different colors in the same row of pixel units are connected to different light emission control signal lines, and the pixel driving circuits for the sub-pixels of different colors in the same row of pixel units are connected to different reset control signal lines. Within the display period of each image frame, sub-pixels of the i-th color in the same row of pixel units are in at least part of the time period of a light-emitting phase, and anodes of light-emitting elements of sub-pixels of other colors in this row of pixel units are reset voltages, wherein i is a positive integer. The present application can avoid the crosstalk problem caused by leakage current generated between sub-pixels of different colors.
