Abstract:
This organic luminescent element includes a luminescent layer comprising first to fourth organic compounds, which satisfy the following relationships. This organic luminescent element has a long and stable luminescent life. The second organic compound is a delayed fluorescent material, and the fourth organic compound is the greatest in luminescence amount.
