Abstract:
The present invention provides an organic matter decomposition device and organic matter decomposition method which make it possible to efficiently deodorize a liquid-product production facility. The organic matter decomposition device is provided with a supply tube (120) for supplying a cleaning fluid to a facility F to be cleaned, a recovery tube (110), an ozone gas supply means (10), a pressure-feeding means (20) for gas-liquid mixing the cleaning fluid and the ozone gas and pressure-feeding the same, a reaction chamber (130), and a degassing unit (50). Therein, organic matter is decomposed and the degassed cleaning fluid is supplied again to the facility (F) to be cleaned. The organic matter decomposition method involves: a step for supplying a cleaning fluid to a facility to be cleaned, cleaning the facility, and recovering the cleaning fluid; a step for supplying an ozone gas to the cleaning fluid, and dissolving the ozone gas in the cleaning fluid while in a pressurized state; a step for gas-liquid-separating the cleaning fluid; and a step for supplying the cleaning fluid again to the facility to be cleaned.
