Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: nano emulsion particles which can be used as a metal-free contrast agent for MRI or the like; and an organic nitroxide radical compound which makes it possible to easily prepare the nano emulsion particles. An organic nitroxide radical compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 represents a linear alkyl group having 10 to 26 carbon atoms); and nano emulsion particles each of which is composed of the organic nitroxide radical compound and a nonionic surfactant at a molar ratio of 0.8:1 to 1.2:1 and each of which has a nitroxide radical enclosed therein.
