Title:
ORGANIC PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT FABRICATION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/183548
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a fabrication method for an organic photoelectric conversion element that includes a step for forming an anode; a step for forming an activated layer on top of the anode; a step for forming on the activated layer an oxide layer that includes a zinc oxide doped with at least one metal selected from the group consisting of gallium, aluminum, indium, and boron; and a step for forming a cathode on top of the oxide layer using the vacuum deposition method.
