Abstract:
Provided is an organic photoelectric conversion element having a pair of electrodes, at least one of which is transparent or semitransparent, and an organic layer disposed between the pair of electrodes, wherein the organic layer comprises a conjugated polymer compound and one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of non-conjugated polymer compounds having estrogen and hydroxyl groups and low-molecular-weight aromatic compounds having hydroxyl groups and groups wherein two of the hydrogen atoms have been eliminated from the structure represented by the following formula (1). (1) [In the formula, R1 and R2 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, alkyl group, or aryl group, wherein the carbon atoms in R1 and the carbon atoms in R2 optionally bond to form a ring; R3 and R4 are the same or different and represent an alkyl group or aryl group; and m and n are the same or different and represent an integer between 0 and 4.]
