Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic rankine binary cycle generation system capable of improving thermal energy efficiency through an ORC system, comprising the following elements: a superheater which heats a fluid by heat exchange with waste heat; a turbine which generates mechanical energy by receiving the fluid from the superheater; a generator which is connected to a power shaft of the turbine and produces electricity; a condenser which receives a gaseous or liquid fluid that has passed through the turbine; a pump which pumps the liquid fluid within the condenser; a buffer tank which is installed on a fluid line between the pump and the superheater and receives the gaseous or liquid fluid; a compressor which is connected to the power shaft of the turbine, is connected to the condenser and the buffer tank through each branch line, sucks the fluid from the condenser using the power of the turbine, compresses and heats the sucked fluid, and supplies the fluid to the buffer tank; and an expansion valve which is installed on a bypass line connecting the buffer tank and the condenser and forcibly vaporizes the fluid which flows due to a pressure difference between the buffer tank and the condenser, wherein the fluid is a single fluid which shares a first cycle line connecting the turbine, the condenser, the pump, the buffer tank and the superheater in order and a second cycle line connecting the compressor, the buffer tank, the expansion valve and the condenser in order.
