Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a novel and improved organic resin-coated plated steel sheet which has improved degreasing properties, while ensuring the characteristics that are required for organic resin-coated plated steel sheets.
[Solution] According to one aspect of the present invention in order to solve the above-described problem, an organic resin-coated plated steel sheet comprises a plated steel sheet, an organic resin coating film that covers the plated steel sheet, and beads that are dispersed in the organic resin coating film, and this organic resin-coated plated steel sheet is characterized in that: the organic resin coating film contains a polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 0-20°C and a melamine resin; the beads are formed from a urethane resin having a glass transition temperature of from -60°C to 50°C, and are contained in the organic resin coating film in an amount of 1-15% by mass relative to the total mass of the organic resin coating film, while being dispersed in the organic resin coating film at an area density of 5-1,000 beads/mm2; and formulae (1)-(3) are satisfied.
