Abstract:
The present invention provides an organic semiconductor composition for improving the insulation reliability of an organic thin-film transistor without greatly reducing the mobility of the organic thin-film transistor, an organic thin-film transistor formed by using the organic semiconductor composition, and an electronic paper and a display device using the organic thin-film transistor. This organic semiconductor composition includes an organic semiconductor material, and a F-containing migration inhibitor selected from the group comprising a compound represented by any of general formulas (1) to (8), a polymer (X) containing a repeating unit represented by general formula (A), and a polymer (Y) containing a repeating unit represented by general formula (B) and a repeating unit represented by general formula (C).
