The present invention relates to an organic semiconductor compound, and an organic solar cell using the same. The organic semiconductor compound of the present invention is a compound having a phosphine oxide group, which is an intramolecular electron attractor, and an organic solar cell, adopting the same as an active layer material, has excellent oxidation stability and high open-circuit voltage value and current density.
