Abstract:
An organic transistor (1) comprising a gate electrode (12), a gate insulating layer (13), a source electrode (14), a drain electrode (15) and an organic semiconductor layer (16), wherein a first modifying layer (40) capable of accelerating the movement of an electric charge is provided between the source electrode (14) and the organic semiconductor layer (16), a second modifying layer (50) capable of accelerating the movement of an electric charge is provided between the drain electrode (15) and the organic semiconductor layer (16), and a third modifying layer (30) is provided on the surface of the gate insulating layer (13) in a channel section.
