Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic semiconductor film-forming composition which exhibits excellent storage stability and exhibits excellent driving stability, in air, with respect to an obtained organic semiconductor element; an organic semiconductor film that uses the organic semiconductor film-forming composition, and a method for producing same; an organic semiconductor element and a method for producing same; and a novel organic semiconductor compound. This organic semiconductor film-forming composition is characterized by containing as component A a specific organic semiconductor having an alkoxyalkyl group, and a solvent as component B, and is characterized in that relative to the overall content of component B, the content of a non-halogenated solvent is 50 mass % or more and the content of component A is not less than 0.7 mass % but less than 15 mass %.
