Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an organic semiconductor ink for the production of an organic semiconductor element, which has excellent film formability by coating and provides an organic semiconductor element having excellent carrier mobility and excellent bending resistance; an organic semiconductor element which uses this ink; a method for producing this organic semiconductor element; and a novel compound.
An organic semiconductor ink for the production of an organic semiconductor element according to the present invention contains a specific compound and a solvent that has a boiling point of 100°C or more, and is characterized in that the content of the specific compound is 20% by mass or less relative to the total mass of the organic semiconductor ink for the production of an organic semiconductor element.
