Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a practical organic electrics device exerting high light-emission efficiency and charge mobility, examples of the organic electronics device being an organic field-effect transistor and an organic light-emitting transistor. The present invention provides an organic semiconductor material having the basic skeleton of dibenzofurans represented by formula (1) (wherein a 6,6'-didecyl-2,2'dinaphtho[2,3-b]furan is excluded therefrom), and an organic electronics device using said organic semiconductor material.
