Abstract:
Disclosed is an organic semiconductor material containing a 4, 4'-bi-1H-1, 2, 3-triazolyl benzodithiophene (BDT) unit and an aryl group; and the aryl group is connected to the 4, 4'-bi-1H-1, 2, 3-triazolyl BDT unit as a conjugate. Also disclosed is a preparation method of the above organic semiconductor material, comprising: preparing by a click chemistry method of the BDT unit containing double alkynyls, and an alkyl chain containing azido. Compared to the prior art, the organic semiconductor material of the present invention facilitates pi-pi stacking of the intermolecular, such that a polymer has a higher planarity, thus facilitating improvements of device performance; and the present invention has a simple and convenient preparation method, a high yield and a simple post-process, thus facilitating purifying.
