Abstract:
Provided is an organic sludge drying system and the like which makes it possible to increase the efficiency at which moisture contained in the organic sludge is evaporated and the speed at which the organic sludge is dried, reduce the size of the organic sludge treatment facility, and efficiently treat condensate water. An organic sludge drying system (1) is provided with: an organic sludge drying unit (6), wherein the heat source for drying organic sludge (SL) is exhaust gas (G1) at a temperature of 450ºC or less emitted from a cement production facility (2); a steam condensation unit (8) for condensing steam generated due to the drying performed by the organic sludge drying unit (6); and an incineration ash rinsing unit (10) which uses water (W) condensed by the steam condensation unit (8) to rinse incineration ash (A). A decomposer adding unit (7) for adding a substance to decompose proteins contained in the organic sludge (SL) is preferably further provided within or prior to the organic sludge drying unit (6).
