Provided is compact and economical organic sludge treatment equipment which can incinerate organic sludge continuously without producing a toxic substance such as dioxin. Organic sludge is dried in a drum drying machine (10) to be turned into dry sludge, which is used as fuel for a boiler (20). The boiler (20) has a vertical double-cylindrical combustion furnace (21) integrated concentrically with a cylindrical heat exchanger (26) and set directly thereunder. The combustion furnace (21) has a first combustion chamber (22) for combusting the fuel with an increased air supply, and a second combustion chamber (23) for combusting at high temperature the combustion gas from the first combustion chamber (22) with a decreased air supply. A conveyance means (16) for continuously taking in the dry sludge from below is provided at the lower portion of the first combustion chamber (22), and a tower (30) for collecting ash by taking in exhaust gas produced in the second combustion chamber (23) is provided near the boiler (20).
