An organic solar cell (20) and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The organic solar cell (20) includes a light reflective electrode (11), a photosensitive layer (23) arranged over the light reflective electrode (11), a transparent electrode (16) arranged over the photosensitive layer (23), an up-conversion structure (18) arranged over the transparent electrode (16), and a transparent insulation layer (17) arranged between the transparent electrode (16) and the up-con version structure (18), wherein the up-con version structure (18) includes up-con version materials which have the up-con version capability for spectrum, and the photosensitive layer (23) includes a mixed heterojunction structure which is formed by mixing at least electron donor materials and electron acceptor materials High photoelectric conversion performance and enhanced electric properties of the organic cell can be obtained.
