Abstract:
An organic thin-film element of the present invention comprises: a transparent substrate; a metal grid formed in a pattern form on the substrate; a polymer electrode formed at a surface of the metal grid and a surface of the substrate; an organic thin-film layer formed at a surface of the polymer electrode and having a plurality of layers; and a cathode electrode formed on the organic thin-film layer, wherein an insulating film surrounding the metal grid is formed at a portion at which the metal grid is formed, so as to insulate between the metal grid and the cathode electrode. By forming electrodes by using the polymer electrode and the metal grid instead of an existing ITO, the present invention can reduce manufacturing costs, enable mass production, and prevent an occurrence of short circuiting between the metal grid and the cathode electrode, thereby increasing efficiency and extending a life span.
