Abstract:
It is intended to provide an organic waste disposal furnace that is equipped with
a device capable of economic, efficient heat recovery and is highly suitable
for practical use, as the conventional compact incinerator has the problem of
dioxin emission. There is provided an organic waste disposal furnace having
a side wall fitted with multiple air intake members (5) equipped with intake amount
regulation valves so that an ambient air is introduced in a restricted amount
so as to carry out flameless combustion of the organic waste in an oxygen-poor
condition, thereby accomplishing disposal thereof. In the furnace, heat exchanger
(6) is disposed with a spacing of 10 to 15 cm from the side wall so as to surround the
organic waste. The heat exchanger (6) is formed into a rectangular flat-plate
container, wherein there are disposed mutually interlocked heat recovery members
(6A-6D) having laterally long tub members (6b) fixed at equal intervals, the
tub members (6b) on both end sides thereof alternately notched so as to provide
a flow channel allowing a heat medium to make switchback flow.
