Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an organic waste treatment device and an organic waste treatment system with which it is possible to ensure that the temperature and pressure within a pressure-resistant container (reaction vessel) of a treatment device are in a subcritical state, to achieve low running costs since superheated vapor can be used without a superheated vapor boiler being installed, and to thoroughly subject a large quantity of organic waste to a hydrolysis treatment all at once in a short period of time. [Solution] An organic waste treatment device comprising: a pressure-resistant container that can be hermetically sealed, and has a charging port through which organic waste is charged, a vapor discharge port through which vapor is discharged, and a recycled material discharge port through which recycled material is discharged; a stirring/transfer means that is provided inside the pressure-resistant container, stirs the organic waste charged through the charging port, and transfers the recycled material that was generated to the recycled material discharge port; an in-pressure-resistant-container superheated vapor supply means that supplies superheated vapor into the pressure-resistant container; and an in-pressure-resistant-container pressure adjustment means that adjusts the pressure inside the hermetically sealed pressure-resistant container.
